My favorite essential oil diffuser blends

This week I want to share my favorite diffuser blends! I'm a big fan of essential oils and I really love using my diffuser for pretty much everything. I find that I use it most when I'm feeling anxious. I have really bad anxiety and I will try anything to calm it down if I can. Diffusing oils helps clear my mind or at least calms it down enough to where I can tolerate it. Diffusers are also great for sleeplessness, cold/sinus, headaches, focus and for generally making your room smell nice (there are some great Fall diffuser blends on Pinterest!)

I have included some of my favorite blends below for you to try.

  3. The first time I used this recipe it turned out great! I used super washing soda. I just made my second batch and accidentally used regular baking soda. Will this make any difference; Do you know?
